At PastDu, we want you to be satisfied with our document preparation service. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

When Refunds Are Available

You may request a full refund if:

  • You paid but the document generation failed due to a technical error on our end
  • You were charged multiple times for the same document by mistake
  • You have not yet generated or downloaded your document

When Refunds Are Not Available

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You have already generated and downloaded your document
  • The recipient rejected or did not respond to your document
  • You provided incorrect information during the preparation process
  • You changed your mind after receiving your completed document
  • You decide you need legal advice instead of a prepared document

Remember: PastDu prepares documents based on your input. We cannot guarantee outcomes or how recipients will respond to your document.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our contact form
  2. Include your order number and email address
  3. Explain why you believe you qualify for a refund
  4. We will review your request within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

One-Time Revision

Each document purchase includes one free revision if you find an error or need to update information. This revision must be requested within 30 days of purchase. After that, a new document purchase is required.
